NeuroHub provides a centralized toolbox equipped with the latest analytical capabilities, compatible with various modalities. Whether it be interactive computing through Jupyter Notebooks, statistical analysis using R, or well-defined execution pipelines launched on high-performance computing through CBRAIN, NeuroHub offers a connected platform that allows users to conduct research at whatever scale is necessary to answer their questions. Standardized data and metadata enables each of these tools to readily access data in NeuroHub.

The exact provenance and procedural aspects of research conducted through the platform is tracked, allowing work to be easily shared, reviewed and built upon.
